NDGA Accomplishments
We work hard for our clients! Here are just a few of the accomplishments we have made for you in the charitable gaming industry.
Passed HB 1212 which changed the tax on E-Tab machines from 1% of gross proceeds to 1% of adjusted gross proceeds for the first $50,000 and 12% of adjusted gross proceeds for anything over $50,000.
Passed HB 1162 which allows online sales of raffle tickets and the ability to use credit or debit cards to purchase raffle tickets.
Killed multiple bills which would have imposed limits or even reductions on the number of E-Tab machines.
